Proximity to Zlatni Rat Beach, clean and spacious pool area, access to local shops and markets

The air conditioning units have been known to be inconsistent and more maintenance attention is greatly needed on facilities!!! Confusion regarding all-inclusive offerings can lead to dissatisfaction among guests!!!

Hotel was fairly clean, amazing friendly and absolutely courteous staff.

We were there for 6 days, everything was very good, appreciated its perfect location near to 10 minute walk in the opposite direction to the main beach of Zlatni Rat and Bol centre/harbour and Zlatni Rat beach......  

The breakfast is perfect with plenty of dishes.

Not comfortable mattresses, and bad pillows.

The glass wall between the bathroom and bedroom was a lovely surprise, adding a modern touch. Enjoying the excellent breakfast while overlooking the pool area made each morning nice.

Hotel is 100 meters from the beach and the location is excellent for windsurfing. It's almost guaranteed to have windy conditions after 11 am until 6 pm. Food is affordable and good quality. No mosquitos ! Hotel is surrounded by pine trees....

You've not got much chance of getting beds by the pool unless you're up early to put towels out. This meant we didn't use the pool as in the evening when we returned from the beach the beds we're still saved!

Helpful and friendly staff and a location to die for. Nice pool and good food. Bol and Zlatni Rat beach are simply stunning.

Bar by pool only served food at quite limited times. Would be great if bar food was always available when bar was open for drinks.

The Borak is in a great location, a 10 minute walk to Zlatni Rat or Bol. We loved the pool and also used the facilities at the Elephusa next door. The staff are fantastic, we're a young couple but is it also excellent for families with...  

The location is fantastic, just a short walk from a beautiful beach. We loved the variety of water sports available, especially paddle boating and kayaking. The pool area was clean with plenty of loungers, and my kids enjoyed the small children's pool....

Because of allergies, Hotel Borak gave us a room at hotel Elaphusa, next to Hotel Borak. It is a completely refurnished, modern hotel with amazing rooms, breakfast and a very nice pool.

And the beautifully maintained pool area provided the perfect spot for relaxation. The location was fantastic, just a minute away from the beach, offering plenty of opportunities for water sports. The breakfast buffet was varied and delicious, satisfying all our cravings each morning. I also appreciated the beach access.

Always at the reception, there are two persons. Eager to help us.

At breakfast time, there are too much people to get the table . While I left a dish with fruits, some family seemed to take the same table and I found that they are going sit there with my fruit dish and I was forced to say sorry to them. They could eat my fruit, maybe. The interior in the room is not new and up to date, but it also give guests some at home feelings.
